DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling and placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. One-on-one + group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment. 7 r" z# `) }. C8 o% e V0 J6 ]5 S
# J$ W) v' y! |# H* T; q5 k9 UAbstract: (2) unique/new employment opportunities in the Transitions Program. As a Case Manager or Community Outreach Specialist you will support clients as they move from the street to living healthier/safer lifestyles. Program services are delivered one-to-one in the areas of life management, crises intervention & management, decision making, community resourcing and employment related services/supports. ! a# Y6 {3 l/ L; f3 ?0 A7 T

Key Qualifications for both positions: post secondary degree with 2 to 4 years experience or equivalent. 1 l/ Q/ m; X) d# i) ]: n
