Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

1. Transmission flush 219.95
2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
3 }3 Y* T& `3 ]8 L5 H# o0 ]# U4. Coolant flush 139.95
7 G: h6 @' B6 E" q% w* M6 Q$ V2 z5 ?5. Major Emission service        174.95
5 G9 n! Y# b' e. [; ]' E& e" J& [6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
0 n' Y, P( @( U  Q, W  v9 Q6 d8 _
Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换
