Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
& T. U0 e" z. M6 W2 x6 N  P4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
3 `+ _; U' p& G5 S4 q: ~6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
9 D  j% D, h% ^1 y% i( h7 W& M  w
: ?& }9 M1 f1 l7 `Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

6 `3 Z+ t) z8 G% {至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

5 L+ c1 g8 l/ \6 C我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
