How do you girls plan for anniversary?

In a few weeks would be our 3-year anniversary and I am scratching my hair off coming up with a suprise. For the last two years, we always went to this German restaurant we both fell in love with. But this year I wanna do something different. Not thinking of traditional restaurant/concert thingy. So how do you girls plan for this? HELP!
