4 \- ?. o2 W! {( jPosition Abstract: responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors and organizes the Re-Enactments. The Program Coordinator oversees matters related to site maintenance, board, donor and volunteer databases, and administrative duties related to fund-development activities and is an integral part of the Re-enactment Program.7 S3 x0 E) K+ d1 g/ g7 m

K0 g0 AKey Tasks: establishing/maintaining relationships with volunteers, police and media; administers all board activities, including Board meetings, AGM, committee meetings, ensures up-to-date policy manuals; manages accounts receivables/payables, payroll & prepares monthly financial statements (knowledge of Simply Accounting an asset).$ D! D+ V5 O) B/ s7 p2 O
, x+ F/ g: }7 k' Q' Y+ assists with Special Events/fund development activities; coordinates the set-up of shoots including preparation of props, permission to use sites, acquiring needed vehicle, manages volunteer actors; liaises with schools, businesses and community organizations.( @' u; H/ o: I, H; O

L; l& m$ b, |8 {2 yEssential Qualifications: exceptional organizational/time management skills and the ability to multi-task; must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills; a valid Driver's License & access to a vehicle; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Simply Accounting and @Ease experience an asset; experience in the non-profit sector preferred. # N) V7 E% @1 r; |: B9 @
