We are dedicated to helping Edmonton's High Risk youth population become healthy, contributing/creative members of Edmonton's main stream community.

, t/ z* [. S4 L0 L7 p$ ZOur harm reduction program is creative arts based & involves long term support and relationship building with youth. We work closely with other community organizations + employ a vibrant mix of social service experts and professional artists. We are a small (nine staff), dedicated team.

We have ambitious plans for a new purpose built building, and a corresponding expansion of the program. Are you the one to guide and join us through this process? We are looking for an organized/energetic individual who will lead the iHuman staff in team/leadership building. Who will be able to coach staff in creating effective programming as well as passionately interpret the iHuman "story" to funders and community agencies.2 v' k9 Y/ i! \ O1 i2 A

S* u/ n4 A4 r; y' N: KYour skills, as well as being a guide and interpreter, must include the ability to work within a team, create/oversee annual budgets, initiate and develop relationships with funders, write grants and work directly with the Board of Directors in policy and implementation development.
