Technical college diploma in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience

* }  D/ A+ f% `  [! ^·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

# `* T* K" A5 h7 [5 C$ K. t" L·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

Salary Range
% |% h* F8 b; x, \From $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
