Education

Technical college diploma in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience


·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

8 T1 {+ k: @1 j1 Z0 Y( v9 j3 ?·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

4 P# Z0 _3 V3 P0 I·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

8 H/ z! i7 Y( d* {2 A·         Experience installing and configuring applications software (i.e., Microsoft Office).

·         Experience in specifying and purchasing of desktop computer systems appropriate to the users needs would be an asset.

Salary Range
From $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
