Technical college diploma in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience

·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

1 [% a& b& p1 l. O7 G9 ~8 L% `·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

- y4 u1 w- r- r  T·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

·         Experience installing and configuring applications software (i.e., Microsoft Office).
+ v* J' [: a& H2 V' _6 @- @) b8 H
·         Experience in specifying and purchasing of desktop computer systems appropriate to the users needs would be an asset.

Salary Range
From $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
