Technical college diploma in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

& k- O" c" ^. \, \; e# f·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

* f1 Z2 |8 S4 _/ t( g8 H·         Experience installing and configuring applications software (i.e., Microsoft Office).

Salary Range
From $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
