·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

·         Experience installing and configuring applications software (i.e., Microsoft Office).

Salary Range
2 L4 b: a, ^  x) B6 FFrom $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
