Technical college diploma in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience


·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

6 g3 y( ^/ S# C% C- A5 V·         Experience installing and configuring applications software (i.e., Microsoft Office).

+ A) l9 B9 N# |  V·         Experience in specifying and purchasing of desktop computer systems appropriate to the users needs would be an asset.

Salary Range
& }6 h/ v0 z( p" d( t6 {From $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
