·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

·         Experience installing and configuring applications software (i.e., Microsoft Office).

·         Experience in specifying and purchasing of desktop computer systems appropriate to the users needs would be an asset.

Salary Range
! o9 x0 n7 ?5 a, ]8 nFrom $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
