We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

! Y5 o2 N6 b; k; Y) vDuties:
% M, x% W& v  M' T+ K" _•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
1 n* c4 @; ?( E- c; |- T•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
# b' {0 _0 j4 W•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
! f- ^1 p) e# b# ?- K! F% A: |* ~- \•        Able to travel extensively ;
9 @$ |9 u" X; ?1 Y$ i•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
% n2 G1 `1 M/ d6 S$ v; z) t" ^" F•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
