What to do if you are in a car accident; r. l3 Y/ d- o5 F/ ~: m7 w

Step1. If possible, stop your car in a safe and visible place. If a car 5 H. t* O- w( I- J0 y
cannot be moved, turn on the hazard lights. Turn off the

Step2. Determine if anyone is injured. Do not move an injured person.

Step4. If another vehicle is involved, get the car’s year, make, model

witnesses. If you have a camera take pictures of the accident

Step9. Write an account of what happened: time of day, weather,

the site, showing stop signs, signal lights, etc. Try to measure

pictures of the accident.
