                ignition. Be careful when exiting your car.

                Report any injuries.

( Y- p& Y* S0 ^& y  N8 C                and license plate number; the driver’s name, address and license
                number; and the name of his or her insurance company. If the
* c" e+ [. A6 \! S( x: n                driver does not own the car, get the name of the car’s owner.
8 N1 q) y, P6 k/ O9 n# C                Write down names and addresses of other passengers or
+ A0 o5 L. n/ X) Z& l8 j                witnesses. If you have a camera take pictures of the accident
                scene.

' T3 y! o" c2 n! o( ?Step5.        The police officer will give you a copy of the collision report.

Step6.        Cooperate with the police, but do not admit guilt for the
                accident in any way. You may be required to show proof of
                insurance, but do not reveal how much coverage you have.

9 i" M1 p3 k# A1 K5 x" {Step7.        Do not accept any money the other driver may offer. By
7 s' T2 g9 S1 E                accepting money, you may give up your right to file a claim
                against the other driver, even if the damages turn out to be
                more extensive than you first thought.

! b7 A9 i5 Q( Q0 R" m1 Y' ^Step8.        Do not agree to forget about a minor accident. You may see
9 B) o( {! V* F8 U2 a# J/ {  I                later that there were hidden damages or injuries. The other

Step9.        Write an account of what happened: time of day, weather,
                hazards, road conditions and driving speed. Draw a picture of
                the site, showing stop signs, signal lights, etc. Try to measure
                skid marks and determine the point of impact. Note any damage
                already on other cars involved. If a camera is available, take
                pictures of the accident.

                能移动，打开双闪警示灯。关掉发动机。当从车里出来的时候要小心

第二，       检查一下是否有人受伤。千万不要挪动一个受伤的人。

第三，        马上拔打电话911，报警和呼叫救护车（如果需要的话），报告受伤

第四，        如果另一辆车也卷入车祸中，要获得此车的年份，制造商，型号，
0 ^2 n  U- b- x5 \0 U. F                汽车牌照号码，司机姓名，地址，驾照号码和他（或她）的保险公司
; B$ I' [( Q2 A! X) t' R8 ?2 x$ g                名称。如果司机不是车主，要知道车主的姓名。记下其他乘客或目击
                证人的姓名地址。如果你有相机在身边，把车祸现场拍照。

第五，        警察会给一个撞车报告。

                险证明，但不要告知你保险的数额。
