Position: Youth Services Manager

• accountable for T.A.N.G. (Towards A Non-Violent Generation) youth program - r) N E- E' I
• writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth programs * i) o# D) A2 c$ U% _& s' l
• supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program; s! H8 s1 _: S& I1 R
• coordinate, develop and manage a summer youth program
9 z- E, Q3 R0 ~3 N/ F6 w• liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program; o' L8 Q+ d" h
• train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
( J' D7 ^- `- m p) B: |• accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model
! }3 Z* _$ ~% g. R: ~/ z- Y8 {• demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre# F/ G4 v# \! t& G. r- g

7 ?9 `- K. N' [% H2 M• degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience. m% l% d0 ]% w9 N$ \4 Y, q
• good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
3 a0 ~3 k p, e5 }; E• experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset 5 W/ T$ Z _+ i9 G$ R. D8 ]
• leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills1 s, A, n+ V# b; l# w0 X
• willingness to learn & \# {1 q1 z4 _8 [+ s
