爱民屯警察真在调查周日（九月21日）清晨发生的两起杀人事件，这分别是咱屯本年度发生的第20和21起谋杀案。

第一起事件发生于whitemud drive附近，一位30岁的男子死于枪击，警察称之为黑帮火并。

轿车驾驶员当场死亡。

在警察赶到之前，一名男性乘客迅速逃离现场，同时报告显示，在枪击发生后，一辆白色小车也急速逃离现场。

枪击案发生的真正原因仍在调查之中，但是警察相信这起事件不是无目的的枪击案，它很可能与黑帮有关。

In the first incident, a 30-year-old man is dead in what police are calling a "gang motivated" shooting near Whitemud Drive, the Edmonton Police Service said in a press release.

One male passenger fled from the vehicle before police arrived, and reports indicate a small white car was seen fleeing the scene after the shots were fired.

No suspects have been identified and no one is in custody.

1 man dead in stabbing
Meanwhile, one male is dead and another is in police custody after an altercation between two groups in an alley early Sunday morning, according to an EPS press release.

/ b0 n& u# Z5 F( uAt approximately 2:45 a.m. MT, officers spotted a vehicle being driven the wrong way on Gateway Boulevard near Whyte Avenue.

4 t, M+ p; f# z3 J. f0 \  h3 G6 |$ sUpon stopping the car, the officers learned that one of the passengers, a 24-year-old male, was seriously injured.

8 s4 P; R3 E% V) u( SA police investigation revealed that the three male occupants of the vehicle had been involved in a physical altercation with two other males and a female near an alley south of Whyte Avenue, between Gateway Boulevard and Calgary Trail, which resulted in one male being stabbed.

& k4 N+ F; R1 c; jThe three suspects were located by police immediately following the vehicle stop. A 32-year-old male is in custody and charges are pending.
