o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
9 \ {, y& j9 `" eo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
. O. t+ c% f( B5 r, I8 x2 Uo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
6 D: ]' K8 F4 R$ U) eo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.5 L$ c( k, o0 x. l; \* W' q4 \
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.. v3 _! u; H2 t# z6 c
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.9 a" p' S$ z) A) N8 b
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.: V" \/ w/ Q/ e' S
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization. v/ r. R# j+ K' l
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.3 x# x! o |" d/ P0 k* G9 J
Operational:, y3 J! A+ O$ c/ u0 ?- R
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.5 a: N# O4 }* d4 O' b8 o' H
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented)./ p5 Y3 o4 a( g: k7 N
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.$ V& N- T" Y5 L( O& N% k
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.
& ]3 n$ E# r" ho Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
0 I& Y9 E: t% t9 B, X7 Io Hotel and travel bookings.
6 v* Y/ ]( K% V3 wo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.7 m. F$ n1 e( N( c& o
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.
