Key duties include: Volunteer Program; coordinate kits for volunteers; manage lists of potential volunteers/updating Dbase; provide administrative support (logistic for meetings, agendas, minutes and distributing materials) for various committees and; coordinate targeted mailings. 0 q; i; d, H$ Y2 |3 @) i: W

Recognition Portfolio: manage lists of targeted individuals/update Dbase; assist with assembling materials for nominations for community awards and coordinate targeted mailings.

& j u+ a3 F5 n2 Q6 o8 bThe successful candidate will be knowledgeable and have experience with a variety of software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet. In addition good oral, written, interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work within a team setting are required.
