Please help me make a progress in English.

I came here fome China a week ago and will take some courses of MBA in UA.I will not go back utill Dec,12. But my listening english is not good enough to understand the teachers and natives. I want to get a breakthrough in  my listening and speaking English.Anyone can give me some advice?Thank you

There are many ways you can improve your english.

1. Watch TV or listen to radio
( w. B' _; H# V; q# P2. Make friends with native people, if not possible, try to talk with anybody you meet. Do not be shy if you want to improve your english.
" P  o9 r4 K2 o+ m# J& `3. There are websites that have vedio and audio materials, You can download them into your mp3 player or cellphone, then whenever possibe, just listen to them and repeat. I strongly recommend the following website
