For the infrastructure, they are in Beijing City's Long rang plan, no matter we have Olympic or not. It's just the timing. FOR SURE, LONDON AND OTHER WESTERN CITIES DO NOT NEED TO SPEND THIS MONEY DUE TO THEIR MATURE INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM., B% d5 {" B! L5 f
4. all stadium are constructed for long term usage...people in Beijing will benefit from them, especially whose university students. Just example, we have a huge number of foreign currency reserve, is it a good decision if we spend all these money on poor people? Not really...Goverment has to find a way to improve the entire country while improve poor people's life.

It's really a good chance for western to learn all of China, whether good or bad, and improve communication...they hate China, they do not want China to be strong but they have to learn China...then how about us? How can we persuade them to learn china with a regular attitude, accept both positive and negative?
