本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

2 V! d* V) f" I  X我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.

: R3 A+ }: h; v( j" q7 I因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
. m1 O( m4 @, F6 C# K有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？
