Enhanced Respite Program
Coordinated Enhanced Respite Program
% u" U. T& r$ tThe YWCA Edmonton Family Services program is

Coordinated Enhanced Respite program at a variety of0 s# ]7 K/ z; p9 }9 ~* M
locations in the city.
5 H+ k# d+ N5 g/ nStaff would provide respite care to parents or primary7 I$ O& _2 S0 M$ n
care givers of children with moderate to severe physical$ X+ z1 D6 K( q% D, b: k: ~ ?* _
or cognitive developmental disabilities for shifts of three
% o: ?' y) B# ~% }(3) or more hours per day worked. During the school2 Z4 r) e3 h; S2 `4 |& _
year, as the children are in school during the day, the
$ R* O2 T" r! w1 @7 z5 P3 u y7 Gbulk of the hours available will be late afternoons and; {" R [; Q3 u+ t7 o
evenings or on weekends.
