1. Consults with Sales Team in the layout, design and space planning of

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,
' S3 }9 {# C% d) g" u! W ~) ], oproduct pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
5 _6 ?9 h4 h u; H, ]4 s) s+ ydrawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for

9 Y* j. {4 l- S% _% \3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning8 u. Y* W7 H3 u
meetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these+ e' v' y8 P9 B9 S

4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering
; W% i1 u3 P8 _+ X6 vroutine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems.

checks.

7. Develops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans,
2 H% t( v) _5 c* ]! Massures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes

0 U/ D) L% f8 K7 R0 Z8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job
3 D( P& I8 x. B5 B; ~% Binspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.
b- s( X4 m. q1 ]1 I5 ?8 y9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.

meetings with the furniture management team.

C A7 S6 w9 a! Orelated field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and
; R1 h1 P0 }8 P7 p. Qexperience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general3 U( E+ m* \9 u% C* K
knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.$ D6 T) u% D3 I

Experience with furniture design and specification software required.
