Interior Designer

PURPOSE:

requirements within allotted time and budget constraints. This position reports

1. Consults with Sales Team in the layout, design and space planning of4 ?0 ^$ G, ~" f& { y3 x6 O+ i

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,

drawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for

meetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these7 U" C' j; A9 Z

4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering

5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction& K7 X$ u, \8 b9 _! U
plans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job! g* j ?& e1 z' C3 I( m! b6 l
site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect" _$ a% u" u7 l; r# z: D

7. Develops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans,0 O% y& m+ s% x7 z
assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes( J/ o5 L3 a2 M. K" p2 S5 a7 ~

8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job
+ `8 i6 Z5 Z4 R0 r& e+ Winspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.- Z' s- W3 b- p: z0 r
9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.8 ?: s& V) z1 w8 k( a' O& ]
10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.5 O' u, ]. m/ g; y/ Q$ m& O
11. Participates in work-in-progress (WIP) and open order backlog review

related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and
