1 S3 i+ e) {1 D. x+ z' C" {The Recruitment Specialist must have direct job placement/development experience, extensive knowledge in Labour Market Trends & the Alberta workplace, along with an in-depth understanding of occupational technical competencies; provision of criminal record check.; d8 k `) H. x' F1 _" ?# o! ^

Responsibilities: finds job vacancies & develops positions that provide a match to Job Seeker skills & abilities; assists in negotiating hiring wages, orientations to the workplace and identifying training needs and/or plans; demonstrated cultural sensitivity; ability to effectively work with Job Seekers who have disabilities, language and cultural differences, and/or other special needs that may affect employment prospects; acquire and maintain accurate knowledge of job competencies, numeracy, literacy, language and technical requirements for job placements; coach Job Seekers in the interview process.+ [6 r: b8 ^( w5 s' P: } s+ W1 z

K5 F7 ?) z2 jPLUS: Team with Employment Retention Specialist and Job Seeker to identify and implement effective linkages to direct placement/retention services; proficiency in MS Word & Excel; solid organizational/time management skills; knowledgeable in community resources and labour market standards & trends;
