- e' {  f+ _6 @The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

; }. N7 z! v# c  T( Z/ f! iPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
+ l4 j2 n$ O; D, ^This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
5 A2 X5 j  i/ j* v/ L

8 h6 ]1 h8 S! f/ J( W- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

! t* P7 ~9 h" u6 {- The return Boat fare to Victoria
  A; q9 \0 [' ?5 u! F8 u/ B6 [- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
