The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

  C8 u  P; ?2 Q$ K) w% o& lHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

9 {- [, A7 K% @" aPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
2 N3 h( [' z" ^0 G9 r9 ~' d5 Z  i7 p- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

  W' g; C" ?2 E0 z
, o5 a1 |, }# R; k2 |! I- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
+ N! J: x7 ?* D: ?0 C2 [! f- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
