- p$ N% e' j  sThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

2 `# {2 r+ J$ V' s- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
% I/ ^; F( v) D- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
5 i/ h) O8 Z' [7 c0 q% v5 \- The return Boat fare to Victoria
  y; l0 d  j% z- K3 O# l- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
