The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

8 ~3 q- }' q! b7 MPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
& z" {" |: W3 D. H  e$ C) yThis price includes:
9 ^9 @5 e* S. _' v# Y- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
! B. G, Y7 ]; e! E* T7 ^& m- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

2 i9 R: ]8 i% `! |- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
/ C3 A# }- n# `; P( H8 w+ Y- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

2 h( ^! Z# m) U) z- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
