I know someone in this forum get their car insurance from her. She came from China and speaks Madarin and Cantonese very well, so it is no problem to communicate with her. I had transfered my car insurance company serveral times. 保险公司一般都不愿意给新司机最低能给的价钱，因为他们并不相信国内你开了多少年，另外有些人认为本地人似乎更懂车一些，所以有的时候保险经纪能给你比较低的价，却很犹豫的拿给你的，因为出了事情她的业绩会受影响。等到大量统计数据出来发现不是这么回事，可能都是几十年后的事情了，毕竟我们是新来的。但她这方面似乎更了解我们，所以我最后换到她们那里也比较便宜。我1300就拿到1百万的三保，后来换成全保1700包括租车等费用，每年还有折扣。另外我去了他们公司，很正规，所以最后决定了。
