Are you an immigrant woman who:

-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
-  has taken an English language assessment test?
8 ~5 `& Y$ E/ ^" z-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?
% B: i/ @8 _3 l+ }( B
If the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

MAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

) k  n6 F( @6 j: m3 C( I: E( w; uCounseling to help you find what is right for you.
& ^: j! V% R( j) L, l8 AOpportunity to develop your English Language skills.
Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
; y3 {7 m& ^( w0 |. `) ~. b8 nInformation about community agencies and services.
Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
1 e* i. S( B6 W: P! s1 n/ WContinued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.
