Telus在搞什么鬼？ 请网络高手指点

一直用得好好的Telus高速网，近日突然在联网时看到 Online Customer Access 页面，让你输入用户姓名和密码，在技术支持的指导下，照此办理还是不通。后来发现因为我是两机无线联网，Telus 那边不认我的无线路游器的 MAC ID (Address)。技术指导我从调制解调器绕过无线路游器，直接接到电脑上。这下倒是接通了，可是另一台电脑就被摔掉了。再问技术支持，被告知他们没有训练，不知道怎么让无线路游器与其系统匹配，让客户直接找生产厂家的技术支持部门联系。Telus 为什么要放上这么一个页面来挡住客户直接上网，是不是要以此来阻碍客户自己设家庭局网？高手们有什么高见，高招？谢谢先！！！

1 O0 W" B* O$ j& l将你 路由器的MAC地址 改成你正在上网的那台计算机的MAC地址

. S7 D3 m! b- H3 ]; Y/ U( Q然后 用路由器 代替你的计算机去连 modem

* z8 }. g6 u3 ?; {# o- p1 Z最后将你所有的计算机挂在 路由器上

$ U" C0 B. X* r# ?6 J* i+ lHook up the wireless router to the modem and one computer to any local ethernet port on this router
: K1 P; ~- i) n' c4 J. X# f. H& Vcall TELUS tech supp and ask for the userid/pwd to login OCA page
after login, click "manually registration and administratioin"
0 ~! s% L3 T8 S$ A( t( w- zremove any one or all the MAC addresses on bottom of the page (or replace with the MAC of router here)
3 H" r1 d3 k$ M1 K' y& D+ z) }click submit on the left above of the page
. c. {9 a5 t, s8 Z0 u+ a' r5 M" _go back to main menu and then click " one-step registration and administration"
if got "successful blah blah..." msg box the turn off the power of router and turn it on again
it should works

5 J' q& }' P) U3 R- H9 KI did all you said twice and whenver I power off the PC, modem and router, everything goes back to the same problem again. I do not know why and how to handle it.

我试着按照GOOdLE的思路回答一下：

) ~. s5 \1 b4 e/ [Step 1.先找到路由器的MAC ID
连接路由器和PC, IE栏里输入192.168.1.1(也可能是192.168.0.1),回车，用户名admin,密码admin,进入路由器设置界面，WAN，里面应该有一个MAC Address，记下来，这个就是你的路由器的MAC ID。

Step 2.Log in to OCA

# J: o( j( F# H% y& B6 Z+ p   b. Go to the OCA Web page by entering http://oca.telus.net in your Address bar.


      NOTE: If you're unable to access the OCA site using this address, you can try http://oca.ab.hsia.telus.net in Alberta or http://oca.bc.hsia.telus.net in B.C.

/ C8 w- R, a0 O9 V6 B5 `; u   c. Enter the username and password you selected or were given when you ordered TELUS High Speed.

Step 3: Register your router with OCA

   a. Click the One Step Registration of your PC link.


   b. reboot router

以上是技术流的解决方式，如果楼主觉得比较困难，或者楼主是猥琐流的fans，可以试试下面的方法：
$ V. b  z7 N5 ?% a# z. I2 _: j" o
" i6 a! }6 i) k( I' K% ]5 y打电话给telus，跟他们说自己的modem经常出问题，要他们换成最新的，带路由功能的modem，并让人来弄。

等个几天后，telus的人来了，问题也猥琐的解决了！

我家就是telus的，用的就是带路由功能的modem。所以可以试试楼上的方法。
