时间：上午9点至12点理论培训，下午1点至4点实习。

Description:
: X# ^/ x9 ^4 d: U& K3 rThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for# Q- Z% u% u$ w h+ X) }$ `
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.0 u' F1 A, Z& V+ ]0 ]+ S q
! V8 `& Q2 [3 W2 Y2 O/ e8 ITrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
) b: `' K; o( k% D' Iof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different s. p: W8 ] Y7 T
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.) U9 X3 }1 L8 p. x: p

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
