8 M) j4 m9 l3 C* i2 @EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

地点:The Derrick Club, 3500 - 119st, edmonton

! i7 m/ g: D# ^0 o+ `This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
5 S- a% |$ k1 p4 O! Jbecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.4 d3 I2 K8 N7 E. E/ o. I5 K% v3 G; i
9 O/ F' ?% ]4 }. E* H! STrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials2 O1 |+ q! l3 w( k: J8 |
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
