时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

- |' ?) j0 q+ r; XThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
% P% U9 F7 T# x1 _* `' @8 @8 Hbecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.) t) o" d. q( V; N9 o, ?
% l5 V! t. m: m% e% c9 YTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
1 Z9 _) I* x- jof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different# [3 @- A+ E6 G+ u
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.9 c7 E# Q2 {4 a0 `

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
