EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

Description:
& N" V. J; B, A5 G) D) p' iThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for# w' n- \' o n% i8 \+ M Z
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

+ O8 e0 D$ D+ ?/ OTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials9 d0 h* _0 q- H% v, s- D" ^' T
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different3 k' L6 v# T2 P* d/ C% N
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events. i+ Q" Z% p! {. Y n0 i
