时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
; d. p* r4 c8 @! f( `7 P# e+ y- y" Wbecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.! n: Y* f% e' `: h! e* c
2 }/ L# V3 B( a; K q$ XTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials- S' }% l+ _5 F7 J7 R! _# j5 b' M
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different/ g+ K' M- F4 T4 m
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.; S: r% H/ Q8 K" k, U) T% t' Y

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
