时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for- L. j( x6 b9 Q p
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.0 b' I( M3 W8 }" J8 g
( p7 X7 J4 e: L* Z: ^5 ATrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials1 h+ y) E5 n) J4 P, o. V! j% u
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different/ t; ^, ?' y, D. v) @
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.+ `# n4 ^- j' I

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
