EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

Description:
7 C/ ^9 n9 b: t- lThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for; s; w d- l7 f5 V
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.* A" Z! D! d$ o+ W& B \
3 r& _6 P3 c' m6 V9 JTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials, n% D( D& Z& c- |3 v2 L
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different) K- U( m) I6 e2 ~$ u1 C/ ?
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
