EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。+ Q6 y9 q& ~7 X+ ^

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

4 a4 r" B# ?9 @0 \7 M0 U6 c0 RThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for* S3 @/ e) g+ ~8 H( @( b. }6 h
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.$ t ?: [+ X( B+ g4 t

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
3 P3 |( s+ p% yof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different* z0 C& A# {1 O, y* K
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
