EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。2 \6 k$ B# [; N# B8 _

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

$ r5 A* y* m: [+ E* ?& O) tThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
6 G, S) _. c% z. ?becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.% r/ |" W& @# i; r5 C( ` o) z
- I& K* `' u! l- Y, w3 bTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials* b# w/ R0 v4 R
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
