EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

Description:
$ K$ {5 d( ~5 g" P( d/ uThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for6 ]/ K' t U0 K, o
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
( z* `) M% i- u' b8 rof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different) Y2 u* b; F* W' p/ P' z
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.

1 F" p" v5 y4 RCertified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
