EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association，就是我们加入的那个协会）在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。' E9 o Y- ?) V1 K
) y+ Q+ T# O& Z' ?时间：上午9点至12点理论培训，下午1点至4点实习。

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for; I6 J+ x& o! ]4 U
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

9 z# ]% K1 }3 o' S0 v- `Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
0 `, B2 y( }! Y- }of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
- a- W( P3 w3 Gcertified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
