时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

" N8 l9 e3 @4 P Z* D4 bThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
6 A/ ^; b7 m" c- cbecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.& ?8 F* U# L) m. h; Z8 w

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
7 F7 ]! [0 P0 ^: S4 _6 d0 `of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different, r' z( L& s" v7 Z, L" O
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.

n& G# f! ]* HCertified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
