EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association，就是我们加入的那个协会）在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

Description:+ V9 U. b# p1 B; s: b# P
This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for3 t/ v5 z* L$ Y- U$ X
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

" |& |3 H3 f, |& p1 Z# e; @Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials ^" M4 e4 P6 D1 H* h7 d/ i
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different

2 e" q5 C6 U$ T" M9 e/ o7 i, W! GCertified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
