时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for2 b( @) q' d( P8 e9 K
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.: P" Q H3 C+ f I+ w4 p
* B4 T8 o+ P% b3 g6 R4 Z* kTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials+ x9 @- \! g) H: B1 C: Y
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different2 `/ o, u' \1 I. B& _* m! @
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.2 K' |& k5 u: X" p% M
& Q# n$ P- }/ c! _7 g/ L/ i" cCertified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
