关于学生贷款和ESL补助的问题请教

最近听人说，如果去University读书的话，可以拿学生贷款，并且只需要还60%； 同时还听说，如果读ESL拿到Funding的话，一年内不能申请university的学生贷款，以后也不能享受“只偿还60%”的优惠政策。

关于以上的论述的详细情况，哪位大虾或前辈知道啊？请不吝赐教啊！！！！！！

When I studied at University of Waterloo, I did have student loan to cover my tuition. A lot of factors will be put into account to decide how much applicant can get and repay. You may go to government website to search for student loan to get all the information you need.

据我知道的情况
是联邦政府的学生贷款是要100%还的，但好象没利息
