大多的大学对于TOEFL成绩的deadline是很宽松的，比交documents的deadline可以晚很多?

再问一个很弱的问题：申请本科和申硕士一样的，都要求Toefl成绩580分吗？

You bet. They are almost same, however, you'd better get a good mark than that.

6 u: j5 p, m% FDifferent department may have different requirment. For the chemical engineering in UA, the minimun of Toefl is 600. I was once rejected by the Che eng. department since my toelf was only 597. So I had to take the exam again.

It dosn't hurt to try and it is possible. there is a transitional (or qualifying)program. that is, you may be accepted under some conditions. for example, you may have to take several undergraduate courses and get good marks before you can be fully qualified.
