there are a few kinds of BH that help cars start from extreme cold weather,) ~/ X' R/ c/ c- _3 j9 ?
basically , BH keep the car warm by heating up the oil pan-which keeps the engine oil from frozen, or by heating up the coolant/radiator, and keep the engine block warm.

If you do not have BH on ur car, by using synthetic oil you can also prevent oil frozen from happening.8 l n G; t; U, ]" F& s
