If the engine oil is frozen, what we can do? Can Block Heater works?

I think the engine oil in my car is frozen. I try to boost it with another car and it 's still not working.

我觉得block heater是管打火的，跟机油没关系。
+ ~- t% ]6 R8 v2 ]( x+ M( @2 o9 o我的车子前天早上打着火后，机油灯一直亮着。

there are a few kinds of BH that help cars start from extreme cold weather,
8 M  s+ h( `& c$ j8 h9 Mbasically ,  BH keep the car warm by heating up the oil pan-which keeps the engine oil from frozen, or by heating up the coolant, and keep the engine block warm.
6 R) G. i4 g  S5 W) D4 F' u2 JEither way, the engine shall not be frozen with use of BH.

* S. Y7 {  |! v& Y- JIf you do not have BH on ur car, by using synthetic oil you can also prevent oil frozen from happening.
) W# m4 R5 s/ M; c1 g9 WA good synthetic oil, 5w20 or 5w 30 , or 3w 20 has a pure point of -30 to -40 degrees.

Anyone can give me some suggestions?

Tow your car to somewhere warm and try to start after a while in warm place, or wait till the weather becomes warmer.

do you think using a hair dryer may help to warm up a car a little bit?

插电加热3小时，一般可以打着车。如果不行，可能电池电量不行了，应该用别的车BOOST。

7 f, q5 \7 |4 T" \/ GBLOCK HEATER是通过加热发动机内的冷却液间接加热ENGINE OIL，降低油的粘度；同时使汽油的可燃性提高。
: k; W" h# d5 v5 D# t, f+ S
* J! p9 O* m# b4 |. T" h7 x% M" c) K不行用表量量BLOCK HEATER的电阻，应该是50欧姆左右。
