put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.

then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
1 B. x7 b+ J4 H" r' i5 ythen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
