The incident happened just before the lunch hour.

/ \" o. `8 z6 k- AOxford Properties spokesman Greg Burns said security and staff at the mall performed CPR on the victim until parademics arrived.
+ i9 L8 S5 d9 BTwo students from Eveline Charles Academy, which is located on the fourth floor of the mall, said they didn't see the man fall, but they did see an empty scooter near the railing on the fourth level, a footprint clearly evident on the seat.
