曾在英联邦另外的一个国家存了点钱，临走时，蠢了一把把活期帐号给废掉了，搞了个定期。结果现在没法在这一点点取现金了，不知哪位达人有好方法？

You can write a letter to that Bank, and give instruction to remit the money to you, either by a Demand Draft, or Telegraphic Transfer, when the Time Depoist mature.  For further question, email me at geoffcheng3@yahoo.com. I can give a detail reply.

i think you can just transfer it from your saving account to your chequing account, then it won't cost you anything..
At least that's in Canada
