Skills and Competencies:
' {- A' [8 z6 n+ a•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
4 ~8 a' [) _! J% x•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
9 c9 y4 G% ^- p% @•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
: _! @1 k; {( m$ s" ]•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

: Q& Q* ]" y3 ?8 n# _•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
* M5 D2 Q% N+ ^- H2 R2 j, N, a/ y•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
  z; I9 P/ Z) `8 k+ c$ [" V5 j3 E•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
