Skills and Competencies:
/ J6 c+ Y, y5 J2 R! k+ \•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
8 r: x+ P" R1 m) {•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
* w7 T$ O4 z0 w- V: u; b' X•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
  B/ I& c0 J* l5 n$ ]5 w+ |•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•        Strong interpersonal skills.

" S5 h4 }' a! c& W1 a8 m•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
% }  Y. V) ?  V, o•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
$ q" |. Q5 l$ E2 z2 m•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
