* N9 z' g: x0 j3 v; yBS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
$ [! r8 v% C$ M( E-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.! a$ d: e2 C% B- r% y# m I \
-Other questions:
& [) W+ e1 z: E) @, H- ^Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).( L8 Q1 G p$ r! W9 {

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

7 s0 H) }) }6 I' ?; m3 L: JThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.. N7 ^% B! M" J& X

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company." K K( i: ^. `
8 w7 |$ A6 a7 o; mHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).* ^1 }$ l+ ^9 |! I4 @+ l

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
