Interview 1: by manager and technical leader3 `7 T4 J) z8 \
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

! }( m" D4 d/ t3 f% NManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

# E5 S% v' A( x- E& s5 |; gFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.1 W: ]0 ^! z0 |$ F- h

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.; \! |0 k$ F( J5 `' u$ _
4 i% V# M$ ?) U4 F: V% ]& pHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.! t6 h" I# V: V4 i+ Y
3 ^1 |* p) q" c) IHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).& i, X7 ?2 J+ [: ^& |2 x

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.9 S2 [1 ~7 ?1 v" A- w9 u1 \

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
