Interview 1: by manager and technical leader7 _. w$ h2 X+ o! _
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

; M! ?3 P* M- z( z4 r+ yFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

* L& ~$ u4 `& v6 WThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me./ I0 _3 ~% W" b" }: \0 w; O+ \4 f: y3 o

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.) K4 i' K; l7 k O% B$ E# I8 _6 E. n
7 h. H3 Q7 i9 e5 v$ FHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).* @% o( B. C$ M, O3 Z
# k3 ?7 I' T' S) Z! l: JHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
