My background:

- B# Q& i. X0 U: U8 S# Z+ @' `Interview 1: by manager and technical leader( ` O( s3 @1 \' Y+ X
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.) F6 e5 r" q* Q6 m
-Other questions:" F! n/ l P* R$ E
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development). O- _* x+ @* L; h8 ?9 M5 U- G
& O; P( M2 L6 ~% _0 H& F$ p9 x" RFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.2 S2 K: J7 Z5 O3 o

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.) I+ L( D& ^- ?# e
5 J1 m0 V) o# ?( N8 MHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.+ G$ V2 a$ d/ S; P: G; V; N- O

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).5 O! k. G3 u- G; n% e6 a0 w
. r+ s$ W. ^4 @% \' t2 e0 OHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
