Biotech Technologist Position Available

Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. 5 A) J4 Q7 v. B: ?5 {" F. K# z

Skills and Abilities Required
+ U2 |. z! Z3 P2 N0 _Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.7 H: X9 o; H" f/ Q `
1 h4 J* r4 ~* b+ uPractical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. 7 Z% h! m0 c$ ^ x& E( k
+ [3 r" y% f, Y% b' W: RHave good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.- M# H2 C( P3 G2 q9 t
