Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. P0 }: y5 x% P7 J

Skills and Abilities Required
- z. a# f; ^3 pExtensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.
; E" u& S/ h, Y* j) k* [# X" n3 E: v' r o0 W5 z7 @; g
Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. ( ^" v+ z. g( @% n

Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.4 a2 E j$ `9 i5 H7 a

Minimum Qualifications
