作法
1.鱼片用盐,胡椒粉,料酒,太白粉略腌 l+ n& O; G K0 C
2.将一粒红葱头切片,其余葱头,蒜瓣,胡椒粒,虾酱一起捣成泥(想吃较辣的,可加小辣椒一起捣)
, E4 W! Y9 ^1 W; }- j8 W! a* _3.用少许油爆香红葱头片;加清水或高汤煮滚.
+ Y: n. a9 Y$ s# I: ]4.放入捣成泥的酱料搅匀,再加柠檬叶,南姜,小辣椒,番茄,香茅等煮出香味,(约5-8分钟
0 W; D- f+ |4 R: D7 J. E),加草菇与海鲜料,油豆腐煮熟.再加豆芽,芫荽等(总之这时把全部的食材都放下去,就得)
9 k4 F1 g" W9 _6 o5.最后加盐,柠檬汁,鱼露调味,起锅.(最好关掉火后,盖几分钟以入味)
