Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
* d5 [9 s8 ?7 L. b  Q" B. |/ F7 \and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
5 t& y- j0 V* b1 x! l$ gAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
2 X' r+ d% v) M8 b: eThat unit worths $160,000 this month.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
Well, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
