Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
8 I: ^( @( `5 i5 p8 W0 ABought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
5 V! b- j6 j" J1 m' G# _( E# NDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
) W! S# s. E7 D3 m1 OWell, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
