烤蛋糕

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)

• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder & @1 M( f' d$ L
• 4 eggs, well beaten- z. {% a3 q5 W. Q1 |

PREPARATION:2 o; f) A& j7 a. F" e7 j! G
Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.
8 T' Y* h4 u/ U" hTurn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. 2 T$ b, D8 [& N3 L6 K0 s0 P
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
