  欢乐吉祥的新年晚会在此招集演员~ 我们的晚会,自己的乐园。在这里，烦恼忧
  愁都与我们无关，舞姿歌声都发自我们心底。不需要专业的培训，也没有华丽
# }3 Y& ?& S( Y  Y$ ~& [  的装饰，却可以尽情秀出自己的风采、个性、特点。我们靠的是一份热情，凭
  的是一份执着，要的是你的参与，盼望的是你的捧场。
  
节目的内容不限，可以是独唱、合唱、舞蹈、相声、小品、话剧，或是一些才
  艺表演（如钢琴演奏等）。另征:晚会主持人.晚会VOLUNTEER若干名.灯光,音
  响控制人员[无须经验].

  First call for actors -- CSSA Evening Party for 2008 Chinese New Year
; a2 {0 \# O1 t1 u0 V! p
The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University
; w% I, Z/ M8 A1 V: [ of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the
eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and
customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on
this broad land.

We encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to
% E& A+ ^, U/ K! r* q* K8 D/ [5 C! i contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and
/ H; }0 C, d9 s2 S( A& n6 n talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in
performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show
ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in
+ d& f6 a% [% z2 X- U6 x2 G+ f Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a
% g: U/ F* y7 u/ }, `  T4 D2 ~ lot of fun, like what we did before.

* J$ |6 f- D. x) L% x! r# ?As far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs
! Y9 X7 L* O6 Y* C* m sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),
stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any
performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your
program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since
CSSA executives want to have a show collectively.

Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also
5 f& N3 T  e5 V0 `) |) Z8 r on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
control.
