                Education: Completion of high school
' W+ H; r7 w: e+ q' mExperience: Experience an asset
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Specific Skills: Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced, Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions, Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, Supervise other technical support workers in this group. Basic networking knowledge or electrician background an asset.
Work Setting: Computer hardware or software, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Run structural cable for security cameras and Access control. Install DVR, other CCTV Industry related hardware, random conduit work, and working inside/outside in different weather conditions. Must be familiar with working on heights.
