我想来这里读博，和老师联系差不多了，就是比较担心博士的钱够不够两个人用，听说这里消费有点高啊，请大家给点意见。
还有就是这里念博士还有没有精力再出去自己接点小项目做的，我major ee,
3x!

关键是看你们的生活标准，要是住学校的房子，省吃俭用的话，会够。至于读博士忙不忙，有没有时间做另外的项目，要看老板。

funding is not the same for everyone. there is huge difference in between. You can try to find some TA work in your department. After you pay the tuition fee, if you have 1500 left, it will be good to maintain a very basic life, like no car, no eat out, no movie or full cable.
