use bank of China.

they charge 0.20% of the money you transfer to china. minimum 15 dollars& R7 c; @6 v3 p9 R& K3 @ T. F& ?
and 10 dollars of rcommunication fee.
0 x+ J+ i/ v( p3 L. U/ f! l5 w7 I6 J+ Y
bank of china should not charge anything in China side.
