申请者应满足如下条件:
  s* l  D" J; f! A/ a8 ]a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
4 m- ?- {' b) Y9 u% V- m' o) ienthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
& Z+ T: [1 z& K+ T% z8 {( j+ G, V: q(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
; |) h* e, x4 \( n7 H(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 h3 t2 u* o& r4 [: |9 `6 F(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% c( j6 s$ N% G# e) y0 s" M(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
