申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
; P$ c. R8 C7 E) u' m4 Renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
7 J( }2 U6 ^0 z4 x2 M0 n% pand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% h5 h. U: ~2 yintegrated system/circuit design.

( q& V8 S1 x' Q! a  o- w. kThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# z+ u6 w+ F- o+ J; A(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
