d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

& u5 V( i% @# M; TPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 T$ \1 ?2 {' E% D: Menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
2 l% W9 L9 K% y1 J6 fand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
/ @+ e7 w2 c% q- }! l8 sPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. m7 a" I- T  G- {2 k5 e(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
" U# B" ~) M" ^: R- _0 s(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
, g+ v8 _, `0 z+ ?5 v(e) A good team work player.
