Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
7 F+ I, ]7 i8 u9 E& H; b/ ?Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

6 r+ x! k/ C7 Y! {; l% aThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
" ~& ?' Q' E' a7 _% s: M* [(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
& h0 t: b2 y  |3 K% |(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
