这么说如果算上地下室的话，一共有4906sq ft，那是相当大的房子，你卖得太便宜了！

看房子的样子应该是1229尺，我还没有看到2458尺的bi-level只卖48万的。bi-level的面积一般只算main floor，房主可能是把地下室也算上了。另外，请问大家怎么贴图啊，我也想把我的房子照片放上来。不好意思

Basement is included in BC, but not in Alberta.

So it is a little bit consfusing.

In that case, this house is a great buy.

The original poster said it was on the west side. I am not sure if he meant West Vancouver or Vancouver West. But either way, this house worths more than a million.

The basement inBC is above/on the ground. It is not what you mean. Your house in BC is also 1200 squre feet.
