Your main responsibility will be to operate a cube van, maintain, repair and clean residential recycling depots in the City of Grande Prairie.

9 y6 C* r4 M4 s2 y2 I7 eoperate cube van                                /maintain, repair and clean recycling depots
( p( R9 ?8 b1 r2 b9 clitter pick-up                                      /snow removal
assist customers with their recycling and directing them to the proper bin location for disposal
. v) L" L/ {5 o1 r- h0 g! `be available to work weekends           /assist in other areas of Eco Centre operations as required

. o+ E- e' w8 s. D' lSkills and abilities required for this position include:
good physical condition                   /have a valid Alberta class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
$ j; L. k8 J( |: J" `2 hknowledge of recycling and disposal options in Grande Prairie /certifications or the ability to attain, WHMIS and First Aid
ability to work effectively as part of a team     /have excellent customer service skills, enjoy interacting with customers; front-line customer contact is essential to the operation
a keen interest to contribute to a safe work environment

The current rate of pay is in accordance with the current C.U.P.E. collective agreement.
