a big reduction in h.air loss.

it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job( \5 `2 F4 {' n/ x0 _9 P
where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
J7 [9 i0 ~1 |3 i7 z" v; Dthere's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so" W* b7 @4 ~* V: m) M$ v' h# q
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.
