我在国内的时候办过杂志,杂志对产品和技术的广告事实上有两种.一种是直接的,报道性的和显然的.这种广告编辑部只要审查其必要的证明材料. 另一种是间接的和隐性的,由编辑部特别撰文介绍推荐的,对这类广告文章,编辑部收费较高,所以也责任重大,往往读者潜意识认为编辑部对产品或技术又较深的了解,会产生购买趋向.假若出了问题,记者和编辑部是要负一定连带责任的.我想这种情况有类似之处.

不过这不存在法律问题，仅仅是网站的声誉问题！！！

If you say 200 won't fix it in the beginning, I may still want to pay the extra. However of course, if you want to charge about the same price as other repair shops, it is not likely I will ask you to fix it. It is quite obvious maybe you have the skills, but you don't have the tools and equipments.

0 C3 a6 K% J- b" d4 OThe mechanic  who fix my car's problem asked me who did it the first time? I said a Chinese garage. He could not believe a car repair shop would do anything like that. He said it is like a first time job from a friend who don't know much about car.
