I am suprised that I cannot find a decent unit from start of June.
I bought my last condo in May. I thought the market is going down, and try to snap another one this summer.
. `) P, }! S- a7 zHowever, none of them can compare to my last one. I made three offers in comfee. I offered them $10,000 less than they ask for.
Well, they don't even give me a counter offer. Just decline right away.

Welcome discuss.

I read the statistics data from MLS, it said that 60% deal accept less in last month. And average closing price is around $10,000 less than the list price.

I have to add one more, there are really not many good units in current market.
