JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- $ ?1 u* o5 D( U# H, m
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
7 d. X4 o: g, w m- NSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
+ W# ]: B5 u& \0 Pof Course Pack production.# W2 _/ V2 n/ m1 k \

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
7 K- m) f$ t6 R3 Z. K. U( Y1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ( x' y0 b9 }# M7 S* u) s( _
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
0 u: {8 x: i" B9 t% L7 t4 u+ G) V
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 6 x' i3 R: o" I1 x
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.# @" F1 `/ i. ~- K
) g$ K) N' A: z5 _; @! s
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of . V4 B4 K( d) Z. ?- o
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 2 g3 _; D! w, Q- W0 l& E6 \& h
keeping appropriate and accurate records.6 g. Y. l9 c: P7 p) w

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:$ \: _0 u: C u0 O9 K
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.' Y- w$ R- o/ E& `. _
4 | k* G3 h6 x& \/ V+ d2 ~3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

- E p% f% y- I4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
