JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- O# k" k, G( f, S. S9 e
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical $ S& c0 [2 d! a# r
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects $ b4 c" C0 O9 W# c
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:4 _3 ^# k6 G7 Q
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
4 c4 l- D/ A; x! V7 \/ lof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.; g! ]% R0 u- S* Q
3 Z F3 ^4 w( e2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 6 C" Z$ i9 N0 P/ n" O
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.1 W6 x+ h% I" {2 I0 p" v
5 }! M# l# f6 X/ c3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of * }2 W, k2 g0 a% F; |' j: ~
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ' O' M) C) H; O# H# s, |
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

. E# M! M- G, X3 X4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
7 l* t6 }1 a5 h% l0 V7 pfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
+ w( \9 G' e- H9 @- c+ T5 b& `and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

]4 d- H% ^6 \6 k j0 A1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.$ p3 W0 f' V) J# z3 t1 r- p
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
