Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 6 ]6 g1 M' u( Y) k* H2 I- x4 ]

+ a& n+ ^9 R8 o+ {6 ~ ?DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
& ~! e9 }7 G, r1 G: O6 R- O1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
l _! }& _! j. j, Wof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing." E# L. _5 k6 z& ^9 o" s
8 v+ }5 P& V8 s( C9 |( T
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
: |6 j; |9 U6 ^$ y8 h+ Vprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting., x) U V7 W% u
$ d4 }# q7 v. E2 J7 ]$ o: }6 F. b5 ^3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
8 a! y$ C) o. ], Q% s; P' \2 Q! Pcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and . ~ w2 R0 d" g* o% z
keeping appropriate and accurate records.# V+ v, Q, j2 D. q) w$ i# B6 i
+ a. e" z1 r+ E7 y6 V4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.- M9 p2 Q, K$ V/ F& {
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
