SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
, U% w! i2 h* _( VSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 2 L/ t& e) e# M: Y4 d
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: a& [' D5 ]) S2 z: l$ r# T1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
/ s) w. M2 B2 [& b) l, yof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
( Y/ d/ C2 W; F- [
( T: a0 [3 G2 _+ r2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
$ t3 ]3 p4 x# D9 c. t5 yprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.2 a5 O8 ?/ ~2 q8 i8 x
4 x% G( l/ [8 [2 ~8 |3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
" M7 b: I' {; Ncourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
. e3 B Q2 v2 T0 r" ukeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 7 R' W4 o; c! C( ~; @/ I/ l
failures to the Operations Manager.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
