Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
& B( r( T( l/ q. ~of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
) {4 t+ S; `8 {9 m3 `; L1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ' D: a8 X4 m4 C+ D/ f
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

, t: M. u* p" R2 g- Q/ t) w2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
8 U" y- b3 j' X+ k' `) g7 n1 jprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
! b$ |+ H u0 D* z, g, acourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
0 O3 e( d* u2 E" X4 e" q& Rkeeping appropriate and accurate records.1 t& c9 R- R; a/ n4 I

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
2 U( L: a8 ~; W: Nfailures to the Operations Manager.3 ~, r* V# _! P- }" e v
: u4 }* U7 n# p* R2 D5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
% U# h A/ g4 r# E4 H0 |- u2 ^# Dand adhere to regulations as appropriate. ]) ?: q( C! \" z
& f4 l: D( b1 @4 v2 u: b6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: D( f- v9 V0 o$ w
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
" ]6 C- r/ ^% z2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.' m; e$ s; F0 {! j. J' W) `. m2 H J4 `9 h

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
