JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
# f6 V: q1 S5 K6 Z! t; p, YSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
4 \ j: i% @3 M, v! P0 oSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
- O5 w; D* r5 jof Course Pack production.

, e& \9 w! n" W; b7 [/ M0 VDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:5 [4 a5 N. q& f; B/ i& K' x! O
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
. o0 T, J" K3 x) eof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.& E/ C! |& E F
- F% {& ?+ L5 v, P7 Z6 X2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including & T* D" X: K$ B5 V
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.' E, R# C# k7 {; Q3 {* f
# c, Y2 @- W, k5 a5 l' G, I9 [3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
W* U; [% {. ~% q5 hcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and : Y& w0 l1 [4 _0 [/ H P
keeping appropriate and accurate records.( J- D A5 s9 W5 F1 j! _8 W

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful./ r ?! P- [* J/ [3 [; E
