Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
& n1 ]8 O+ j; _$ c% s, Eof Course Pack production.
" ]5 {; d m2 l5 A2 n) f0 t, h& p' n: e$ I8 t
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- N+ D" n' w0 o- x/ |& F1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ! c; f/ [) G8 p& f5 Z/ S& R
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
$ @0 C A9 F/ b6 ], C; q5 I5 O: q1 l( v( B6 k: w
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
/ R& ~ ^2 t0 w7 s; jprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
) E8 s% |* r' p" S
. [6 y, W2 ~' ~4 |3 q7 S3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
8 q+ B8 q/ Z) c; V6 j( ]course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ; U6 s3 Y1 p" T# ~! T
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

QUALIFICATIONS:' }$ S( h& T2 T* s% t& n5 O7 t
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.: A1 P( A1 Y. ]
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication * H: }/ n. i) F7 |+ T: E+ u
skills.
3 M3 R7 ]3 O \; q' S7 m& i0 w$ N/ ~
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
