JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
# I, f$ K, R5 pSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical + p$ k4 _% q, z9 U$ ], h
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
+ J8 Y) {5 D( Hof Course Pack production.: Q" U5 M: V& L9 J7 K5 x

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:0 }, D$ @8 S/ p' S8 |
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning , U* w5 m( b, i% ~
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

- P, X) G) o* c5 i o! }2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
3 r4 t2 F! `$ [: |5 h5 pprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

( D% ^5 g# N' u+ R3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
! J3 P; D. G& J; _ {' zcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
% c9 N" A7 \3 B; J8 dkeeping appropriate and accurate records./ i0 N) h) A9 j1 l

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.6 Z; t2 R) e/ s7 c) e& ~- F
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ; j, k; z. a/ K1 D- c2 r

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful., h0 [6 T9 |& `: z# N
