JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
z/ F( a( q2 fSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
/ |6 ]) e+ m3 G2 T2 HSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

: K# l4 z9 C( y* @* h3 T: FDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% E; U2 `+ v9 Q9 T, X' K2 @1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning + w" W5 J7 D, s! l3 A) b
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.1 d6 G7 m; x. O6 a- x
P3 H2 z4 l7 F$ f& d$ @- d2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
, l9 y0 k3 n- g4 e& K1 J/ U# tprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 7 \, C/ h) S. h, E; V+ \ c& J
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ! p) j* S/ D B4 t* ^
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ) C$ W. ?; M- m+ R4 l8 O3 u
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
4 E! m3 \# h/ W; H5 R5 v" Lskills.* D Q" }( p+ C
( `. I j) M/ Z& b' p1 Y3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.5 c# M! L. [* m6 E9 s" D
! c' V- \+ ~5 Y9 `- n# x. k9 x4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.3 Q7 d( S, s; h7 Y* I
