SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical ( _0 a, [( w" P r) L4 O1 u1 L
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects * B* k* R1 B, l) M( P+ b$ [( g
of Course Pack production.0 A7 z. ^: {4 i
0 N ]# ]2 q, m) C4 `+ DDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* ?) }7 ^; r0 V0 t) w
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ( d$ o1 c3 C! K& ]( I
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
% H/ {# m# O6 ?5 {: I" J- c1 ?3 i* E2 Q2 s# j7 U5 }
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including - v0 Y* `- d9 Q( s3 R
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.; E7 p$ @" D( z: Z$ d& e
& r% g* ?) Z; ^
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
7 Y9 @5 l$ y3 o5 j* O3 I/ J0 b' Ncourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and

8 j+ x7 z# _5 O$ k) E: m ~4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.) O. B( t% F! }1 {( l1 Z5 x
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
