Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects % |- X/ a/ |# H* y) O5 T
of Course Pack production.* B b0 c4 G* y8 k7 S) ~+ t" y% ]
. C' i( d! m0 z/ M% n5 t& U$ ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" {3 w& U4 X6 c2 W! G1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' F! D0 ^0 C, p* D* Eof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing. E! h7 d% x2 P% L- U9 {
$ f4 Y G* D. @6 h$ T+ R! o2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including # Y% U) `5 ]! F: O+ {. d3 ?; D
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.: j7 q1 C0 L2 w0 |
1 } ~+ k) m8 x3 A" D3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
3 W B$ p+ K; S- Z8 i0 L9 |' ncourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
0 M$ U2 q* m) Y P% j9 ?keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4 ^* q& S; g# s0 ?' t8 U4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment $ |4 G b- U" j( z
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 8 b# `6 T9 Z+ R& W) w$ |
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.' P/ H9 E- u0 Q

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:3 {& B1 a, a* q4 @: Z: s
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
, \8 T1 L, g6 q- H% M1 b4 z7 E2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
7 l5 J; O _( D: }skills.8 ~- _& G; Z' _
A& m/ A+ |+ i3 D; `, W# v3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.& e/ j8 C8 u! s
' V& ]) S! Y, U3 y: L' X
4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
) X- Y/ i" d" N
; V$ s/ N7 i2 g4 f/ G/ W5) Ability to work in high stress environment.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
